How do I view my shopping cart?
To view your shopping cart, simply click on the 'shopping cart' link on the very top of the website.
How do I continue shopping after I place an item in the cart?
Once you have placed an item in your cart or are looking at your shopping cart, it is very easy to continue shopping. Simply click on the link that says 'Continue Shopping' . This link will take you to the area of the website where you last were browsing.
How do I redeem a coupon or discount code?
To redeem your coupon or discount code, first put your chosen products into the shopping cart. When checking out, you will be asked you if you have an coupon code. Type in the code in that box and click apply. The amount or discount will be deducted from your total order.
I am a new customer. Do I need to register?
No, you can checkout without registering or creating an account. Of course you can choose to create an account, but it is not necessary. If you choose to, you can register during the checking out process, and you will then be prompted to complete a very simple registration. The benefits for choosing to create an account are that it allows you track your orders on our website and that it allows for easy checkouts in the future. Once you are registered, you will be able to log in during each visit to SandTropez.com/JerseyRoyalty.com to view your order history and more. With or without an account, we strongly recommend providing us your email address, as this allows us to e-mail you when items are shipped and for tracking orders.
I am returning customer, do I need to login to continue checking out?
No, you can choose to checkout without logging into your account. However, this will prevent you from seeing that order in your order history when you later log into your account. If you do choose to log in, once your check out cart appears again, you may edit your ship to or bill to information by clicking the edit button in each box.
How do I log in to my account?
On the very top of the website you will see a 'Login' link. Once this is clicked, you will see that returning customers only need to put in their e-mail address and password. New Customers, need to register and create an account, this will take less than a minute.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you click on 'Login' on the very top of the website, you will see the words 'returning customers' on the right hand side. Under the request for e-mail and password, you will see a link that says 'Forgot Your Password?' . This link will help you retrieve your password.
Where do I find the security code on my credit card?
On American Express Cards, the 4 digit security code can be found above the credit card number. For Mastercard, Visa and Discover - the security code can be found on the back of the card - it would be the last 4 digits of the number you find on the back of the card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours within receipt of order. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How is my order shipped?
All standard orders are shipped with USPS Parcel Post. If you need your package expedited, you have a choice of using USPS Priority Mail, or Express Mail.
Can I track my order?
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your order during its shipping at www.usps.com
How much will my shipping cost?
At checkout, you can fill in your shipping zip code and choose your preferred method of shipping. A shipping cost will be automatically be generated for you to view.
Do you ship outside the USA?
At this time, the only non-US country we ship to is Canada. All Canadian orders must be made manually be calling our customer service at (732) 793-2211 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm EST). If you wish, you may email us with the item number(s) and size(s) of the product(s) that you are interested in purchasing, and/or the preferred shipping address, but you must call us with your payment information. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION! Do not ever send your credit card information or other sensitive personal information via email, as email is inherently unsecure. If any company should ever ask you to do, be advised that you would be taking a huge risk in doing so.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Not at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes.
1) Send an email requesting an exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond with a return authorization number; and
2) After receivng the RA#, call our customer service at (732) 793-2211 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm EST) and ask to speak to a sales manager to discuss the details of repackaging the returned item and the shipment of the replacement item.
Your replacement item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of the returned merchandise at the SandTropez.com/JerseyRoyalty.com warehouse. Your return shipping cost is not credited unless it is due to an error made by SandTropez.com/JerseyRoyalty.com.
NO REFUNDS! Exchanges only for the same item(s) ordered. All sales are final, no returns except for damaged items or items ordered in the wrong size. Only those items can be returned, either for a different size or to replace the item(s) damaged in shipping.
